KRAV MAGA BOOT CAMP
We invite you to an intensive Krav Maga Boot Camp training, where participants will learn real hand-to-hand combat and effective self-defense techniques based on real-life scenarios. Our training is ideal for people of all levels of advancement who want to improve their close-range combat skills and increase their level of safety.
The scope of the training includes:
1. Learning the Basics of Attacking:
- Stand-up Work: Master striking, kicking and combination techniques to dominate your opponent.
- Ground Work: Learn to control the situation when the fight moves to the ground and how to get up quickly
- Use Improvised Weapons: Gain the skills to use everyday objects as effective defensive tools. Increase your attack and defense power
2. Defenses against Most Common Attacks:
- Unarmed Attacker: Practice defending yourself against punches, kicks, and situations in the clinch or ground
- Armed Attacker: Learn to avoid and neutralize knife and stick attacks
- Aggressor Group: Gain strategies for dealing with multiple attackers.
3. Crisis Negotiation: Develop communication and negotiation skills to avoid conflict and resolve crisis situations without the use of force.
4. Building a Combat Mindset: Combat mindset is a key pillar of Krav Maga. Strengthen your mental resilience and ability to react quickly in stressful situations.
Our training is conducted by an experienced Krav Maga instructor, who also conducts training for special services.
