I have been training in the Krav Maga system since 2010, and I obtained my Instructor license 7 years later. Out of my great passion for sports, perfecting every element of technique and tactics, Krav Maga became my new professional path. In 2020, I obtained a black belt - EXPERT 1 - becoming the youngest person in Poland and one of the few in the world with such a high degree at such a young age.

Wanting to improve my qualifications, I also develop in many other fields in the field of sports and medicine. Working on the best teaching programs for my students, I have explored training based on lifting kettlebells. In this field, I achieved the title of Polish Champion in the Kettlebell Lifting Championships.

Working on the physical development of a person - improving, among others, fitness, motor skills, strength, self-defense - is a huge responsibility, wanting to ensure the safety of my charges, I took up studies at the Medical University in the field of Physiotherapy. Education in this field allows me to take a holistic approach to the development of each of my students.

Of course, I gained my experience thanks to excellent specialists in their fields. I took my first steps in the world of Krav Maga in the 5 Rytm United Krav Maga Club under the supervision of

Robert Jędrzejewski – Expert 3 Instructor, member of the Global Expert Team.

Currently, my training is being supervised by Master Tomasz Adamczyk – Expert 8 – founder of the United Krav Maga World Organisation, the forerunner of Krav Maga in Poland.
