Groups consist of about 20 people, thanks to which you will train in different configurations, experiencing new opponents. Krav Maga is not only about throwing punches, in our approach we also focus on mental preparation for a street fight. The group environment is an ideal opportunity to test your abilities. We provide training for companies and public institutions in the field of self-defense and emergency action.

We have experience in conducting training for City Offices, Municipal Offices, MOPS, outsourcing companies and medical facilities. We also had the pleasure of cooperating with the Intervention Groups of the Prison Service in Wrocław, Opole and Katowice.
