SELF-DEFENSE FOR WOMAN
We invite you to a unique self-defense course designed especially for women!
In today's world, where safety has become a priority, our course offers skills and techniques that can be invaluable in unforeseen situations. We have prepared an intensive training program that will introduce participants to the world of self-defense in an accessible way, providing them with the tools necessary to protect themselves and their loved ones.
Training scope:

Self-Defense Basics: Understand the basic principles of self-defense, including how to avoid potentially dangerous situations and how to stay calm and in control.

Defensive Techniques: Learning simple but effective defensive techniques that can be used in a variety of situations. We will focus on techniques that do not require great physical strength, but intelligent use of body mass and surprising the opponent.

Self-Awareness and Assertiveness: Building self-awareness and assertiveness as key elements of self-defense. Participants will learn how to recognize threats and effectively communicate boundaries.

Simulations and Practical Exercises: Simulations of various threat scenarios will be conducted so that participants can practically apply and reinforce the skills they have learned. Exercises will be tailored to the level of the group, providing a safe and supportive learning environment.
Who is this course for?
The course is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels who want to increase their sense of security and learn effective self-defense techniques. We do not require previous self-defense experience or special physical skills.
